We sign as a desk because the drafting, the checking and the corrections are shared, and attaching one face to shared work would misrepresent how the pages are actually made.
What this desk publishes
Coverage on this site is organised around boat charters, diving trips, how the itineraries are put together and activities on the ground. When a page changes hands, the person taking it over reads it end to end before their first edit.
How we handle what we have not confirmed
Requirements and prices in Indonesia move, sometimes without notice. Our habit is simple: a number we have confirmed against an official source is written as confirmed, and a number we have not confirmed is marked as unconfirmed rather than quietly rounded into place.
What this desk does not claim
